Connected Communities – create a lasting legacy within rural British communities by bringing them together to connect over a cultural activity not  locally available to families.

THE IDEA

4GEE Community Cinema ClubCombine EE’s super fast 4G network with its BAFTA sponsorship to bring people together through a series of remote community screenings and ‘cinema in a box’ kits that enabled rural families and communities to host their own.

We amplified with a competition mechanic driving engagement across multiple touch points and connecting new fans to EE. Through this integrated and multi-layered execution, EE was able to authentically show how it goes further than any other network to keep customers connected to the things they love, through the power of its super-fast 4G network, shifting negative perceptions and building brand love in the process.
