Sonos, the leader in smart sound systems for the home, has appointed global communications agency, M&C Saatchi PR to lead its communications in the UK, Italy and Australia, following a competitive pitch process.
Determined to bring the brand’s vision to life, M&C Saatchi PR has been appointed as Sonos’ retained agency, following their work on the successful launch of Sonos’ first European concept store in November last year, where the agency was tasked with driving buzz around the store opening, as well as generating awareness of the concept store as a cultural hub and events space.
M&C Saatchi PR’s win will bring an exciting era in cultural communications for the Sonos brand, including future product launches and in-store activity. Leading the account in the UK will be Emeka McQuade, Director, who led the M&C Saatchi PR team that successfully launched Sonos’ first concept store in Europe and also works across the agency’s consumer tech and culture clients including EE, Foot Locker and Red Bull.
